25 months since my application was received next Tuesday.
My sister is getting married in December, I have no idea if I will be able to make it.

My timeline is very similar to yours, except I completed my test on Feb 7th and I still dont have decision made.

My language physical presence and prohibitions are still in progress....

Can someone advise me if I need to followup via web form / call them or wait.

Got decision made , oath ceremony not started october 29,2021 finally.

here is the timeline:
Submitted-october 8,2019
Aor- jan 13,2020
Fp request- feb 6,2020
Silent since then
Test- june 3,2021 passer
Fp again in september 4,2021
Completed background check- sep 30,2021
Passport pages request- sep 30,2021
All completed except oath- october 29,2021

We apologize, we cannot give you a specific time frame. Since the beginning of COVID-19, IRCC has been increasing its use of digital tools to process Citizenship grant applications. E-applications were implemented in November 2020 in a limited capacity, and other virtual tools have been implemented to move towards virtual processing to the extent possible.



Applications are processed utilizing a first-in first-out processing model, with a small number of the oldest e-applications being processed as well. This ensures that the oldest of paper applications are processed while also allowing the move towards online services. Service delivery and processing times may vary depending on the complexity of each individual case.



The pandemic has had a considerable impact on overall processing times and they may vary from location to location depending on local inventories. IRCC is closely monitoring processing times and is working towards decreasing them as quickly as possible---

So, they denied they jump the queue? They maybe think we don't have access to who is progressing.

Good to hear some positive news for you :) , now best wishes for Oath invite!. Would like to know, how did you send the passport pages, email or postal?
 
Got a Response today from the Missisauga office. They are prompt in responding as I emailed them on Friday.

I sent the email to: CIC-Mississauga-Citizenship@cic.gc.ca> and <IRCC.DNCitMISScheduling-ConvocationMISCitRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca>

This is there statement:

Your application was originally processed by the CPC-Sydney office, but they were not able to complete it. Your application has been forwarded to our Mississauga office. Your application is in the queue to be assessed by an officer. We will contact you in the future, in regards to the next step on your application.


I dont know what to make out of the Sydney office not completing my application.

I think during the pandemic early on, most applications were processed centrally. It seems that now they distribute them to local offices.

Citizenship oath status has been updated to In progress

At that point in August it did say scheduled for Nov 4, 2021..
