Hello everyone,

I got my AOR on Jan 6 and my application received date is October 18. However, I sent my son's application also later on to be added with mine and the recieved date is December 2. I marked the envelope as urgent ( as advised by an IRCC agent on the phone ) How do I know now that my son's application is also being processed with mine or not ? The AOR just mention my name and his name or other details are not mentioned

Can someone advise please ?

Thanks

For each applicant you should get an AOR email. Those emails are system generated and processed based on UCI. To have a better perspective, I got two emails one with my UCI related details in PDF and another for my child. My wife got it on her email address since in her application we had specified her email address.

So I would assume that his application is not yet attached to your application.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Many thanks but in the subject line it says my application number ******** Correspondence I'd: 2-********( number )

So does 2 represents me and my son as two applicants ?

I don't think so. I'm a single applicant, and my correspondence ID also starts with 2-.

I doubt they've opened your son's application at this point if you sent it in December...my guess is it'll still be according to the 60-90 day AOR timeline. It may still be possible they will combine it with yours per your request, but unless someone had a similar experience, it's just a guess.

My application got returned yesterday due to photos not being stamped by the photographer.
Now I have get it stamped but have a question.
Does anybody know, should I resend same application form and other documents with stamped photos or I need to reapply the whole application again ?
Any help is appreciated.

So sorry to hear about being returned. I guess, it is better to reapply again the entire application with updated physical presence calculator.

Added. Please specify your location and application type as well as physical presence days. Thanks!
Location: Moncton, NB
Application Type: Married
Physical Presence days: 1,103

If I may ask did the photographer didn't stamp both photos? Or did he just stamp one and the other one was blank? What was it like?
