I received my AOR on Jan 14 and it changed to in progress on Jan 27. I have a 4th line added which says they asked for additional documents on Feb 3. Since I received my AOR via email but there is no correspondence related to additional required documents by local office(London, ON) in my inbox. My question is do local offices contact via regular mail vs email?

It's likely fingerprint request. IRCC agent told me that local offices usually contact by emails but fingerprint request is normally by mail.

Your application was received when ? I called them yesterday as mine was received on October 31st and the agent said they are processing everything before on on November 7th
