Hello,

Per my GCMS notes my status of eligibility was MET (notes entered by Case Processing Agent) as of Nov 12th. Last week, I raised web form query and yesterday I received the below response.

Your file is currently located at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia

Furthermore, we verified the information on file and can confirm that:

  • The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirementsunder the immigration program for which you have applied,
    • you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
  • The security background verification has not been initiated.
Does this mean the eligibility is reviewed by second level officer?

Anyone in a same situation?
Your response is much appreciated.

Cheers!

Yes, it’s October 10th. I am not sure it was early or not but, I felt it was the right time to request and I requested on 45th day after AOR. I think the right time to request is one month after the medical.

General question... Is the work experience gained during a MPhil program considered as a apprenticeship? We get paid during this period and study as well.

Hello Guys, Its PPR for me. Received an "Information letter" in my cic profile with passport request. Is this the way it is ? Also I'm CEC category ,currently in Canada on Work Permit . So how do I proceed after they send me CoPR . I've seen in the forum where people do for inland landing interview here in Toronto without PPR request. Can anyone guide me ?

By the way my AOR is Oct 7th, CEC-Inland, Total 3 people in the application

Hello All,

I received my AOR when I submitted my online application dated 25th Oct, 2019.

Meds passed on 12th Nov

Biometrics requested by 24th Nov and I gave those.

No news since then.

Anyone else in the same position?
