Hey everyone..
Today while checking my account I just saw that the wordings which are written above the time bar changed from “ you may not hear from us for a long time....” to “ make sure u read your messages..”
is this a Ghost update ?

People say the wording automatically changes when there are 14 or 13 weeks remaining.. So my guess is no it is not a ghost update

No it’s not a ghost update. Once you cross 50% of your processing time or 3 months from aor, the status will change

My AOR is 16th Oct, 2019. I had called CIC yesterday to ask about my VO and i got the response that all applications go to Ottawa because that's the central processing VO.
Is it so?

Hello,

Per my GCMS notes my status of eligibility was MET (notes entered by Case Processing Agent) as of Nov 12th. Last week, I raised web form query and yesterday I received the below response.

Your file is currently located at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia

Furthermore, we verified the information on file and can confirm that:

  • The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirementsunder the immigration program for which you have applied,
    • you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
  • The security background verification has not been initiated.
Does this mean the eligibility is reviewed by second level officer?

Anyone in a same situation?
Your response is much appreciated.

Cheers!
