What exactly do you mean? I think they're only processing people from Ukraine now. And they don't give a damn about others who have been waiting for years.

They charge money in 2 stages.
The combined stage 1&2 fee is $4,250+HST -----> $4,250=$1,600 (1st stage fee) - $500 (discount) + $3,150 (2nd stage fee). (please note they charged this price back in April 2022 - I am not sure if they have hiked their prices)

It took me approximately 2 months to get my PPR email after Mandamus was filed.

IMHO, this news has been floating around for sometime now, and the intended website link which you have sent is just to not dishearten a person who is coming to their portal and planning to immigrate or study in Canada, as this is their entire business model.

But hey I could be wrong, even if they are assigning the officers there is very less moment which many of us has seen in our application. But the reality stands way different than the news, below some of the links which may aspire you, but again until and unless someone sees a significant change, I still believe it is not going anywhere.
