I sent it to Sydney, NS. But I read I read in different posts about Paris and London and other cities out of Canada, so I thought at one point before granting the visa they’ll send the file to an office that looks after applicants from certains regions. And from there the wife’s file gets processed again before the final acceptent. Anyway I’m not sure of all the steps. If you like you can check my previous post that shows all what I see online.

I don't have GCKEY as I have a representative so i dont have that account.
I called ircc...the automated teller told me that the bg check has not started yet. It has already been 3+months
We got the PR card earlier in the week after sending new pics. Remarkably fast.

I am waiting, my file transferred on April 12th. Still waiting it’s been more than 3weeks

Do you have line "we started processing on ..."?
If yes, you can consider it as AOR2. Not all visa offices send AOR2, but this line tells that VO stared working on PA's application. If no line in ecas, means your application either waiting to be transferred, or on it's way to VO or waiting when VO's officer will take your file
My file transferred to New Delhi VO on jan 4th. Received medical request on March 29. Still waiting for background to start.
Mine got transferred to NDVO on Jan 23, received pre-arrivals on May 4. BGC hasn't started though.
