Hey we had issue with linking work permit, so we called CIC to get application number, then we were able to link the application.

I am on the phone with CIC right now.
Officially, Mississauga is sending out AORs for October 2nd right now.
So, if you got yours faster, you are lucky!
And if you are from later than Oct 2, hang in there.
Edit: my application was returned on Oct 24...

They said it will come back with a letter explaining why.
Supposedly there is a missing document.
I doubt it, we checked everything multiple times.
Will see when it finally arrives here.
