I have oath ceremony scheduled for 9th Dec with my kid.

they asked us to sign 'Prohibition under the citizenship Act' form for myself and my kid.
My kid is just 5 years old, I don't think he can sign the form. So, do I need to sign this form on behalf of my kid?

Someone please advise.

for minors, parents has to sign.. in this case its you have to sign
