Kinda in the same boat, my FP were requested on 15th Feb but they reached IRCC on 20th March. Obviously no test invite for me yet.

I had asked RCMP to issue a duplicate FP report to my Canadian address which is in Surrey, it reached there on the 20th, just assuming it reached IRCC Vancouver on either 19th, 20th or 21st.

Will call IRCC Monday to confirm
