No I didnt call IRCC, based on the suggestion from finger print agency, I asked RCMP to send the report to me and I forward it to IRCC by tracking post. That way I know when it was delivered.

I have been living in Canada for 3 years? Do i need to include police certificate from native country?

It is not required now , i Guess .

Same Im in process since Jan 3rd, no Invitation letter yet. Im in Montreal. Some montreal applicants with Jan mid inprocess , did get test invitation already.

Thank God I checked ecas, I was complaining and it was there since last week, but I didn’t get email, or letter. So folks check your ecas often.
