Ok Thanks. I am wondering what happened in my case as my application was received on OCt 1st, 2018 and no updates yet.
I thought may be they are verifying more details on it like CBSA ravel history and all etc. and that may be the reason.

Correct. It actually says the correspondence was sent on Jan 16th, not 24th. Thank you!

Received AOR on Jan 09th. Nothing after that. Hopefully the ecas status will be updated to IP in the next few days.
