I also have the same issue in my application. There was a question in the application form: Section 13
Have you ever had immigration or citizenship status in any country other than canada including your country of birth? Yes /No

It is Yes for me, but i didnt check this box as Yes but the details are provided below

Fingers Crossed. also not printed name on the photos which is submitted. rather wrote names in the envelope where i put the photos for each applicant.

Just to let the forum members know that my application has crossed the bridge and received AOR on jan 7th.
