Just got off the phone with an agent, and here's my case as it currently stands:

AOR: October 06, 2018
Days since AOR: 213 days
Eligibility: Recommended to Pass
Security: Not Started
FSW-O

For the ADR documents I uploaded on March 22, they were accessed on March 29, and after that, my application has not been accessed/opened again. My visa office is Ottawa.

She said that a week ago, they sent my case officer a reminder about my case ( which she said they do for all cases that extend beyond 180 days). It takes about 20 business days for the officer to respond, and they haven't responded yet, so I must wait.

I'm just going to wait now, to be patient, because that's the only thing I can do.

I'll be patient, till even patience tires of my patience

I did not know that they always send a remainder to cases that's gone beyond 180 days :)

Hope everything works out for you

I talked to an agent today for my first time but the weird thing is that she said there’s not much details showing for her only that my application is in progress and an officer is working on my case, kind of the same reply I got from raising the web form.is this normal?

To get a detailed reply you should ask some specific questions. You can ask specifically about statuses of eligibility/criminality/security, or about last time the file was touched and so on.

If you not asked specific questions agent wouldn't reveal any info

I did ask all these questions but she said that she is not able to access any of these information all what is showing is that an officer is working on my case

Do you guys know what does it mean when the eligibility requires a review? I talked with a very nice agent, and he said that the eligibility requires a review but I have no idea what does it mean.
