In my GCMS notes it says R10 Recommended Pass. Please, how can you tell if R10 check is completed?
Also, when I called IRCC last month, he said initial assessment(R10) was completed on December 17, 2018 and file was transferred to Ottawa CPC

Inland is way slow from what I've seen so far-- and I was of the opinion that Inland is Faster, I have been obviously proved wrong.
Whats your timelineI am waiting for movements on my application. Been stuck in IP1 since a long time now.
Thanks for the advice, I will try it.your steps are correct, but you might want to try at a better time. You have a better chance of being put into the call waiting queue if you call them about 8AM CT, they are usually more likely to answer fast during the mornings of Thursday and Friday. I would suggest try a time before 9.30AM CT though.
Also, don't call within the last hour of their closing time, they don't accept new calls into the queue, since the old ones will be processed till they close at 4PM.
Hope this helps!
Aor 12h OctCongrats.
