I read in one of the AOR threads that they usually send large Ready for Visa mail batches on Thursday. Jan 31st was also Thursday

I am from Chennai

Tomorrow is also a Thursday, last day of the month.

yes earlier it was view submitted application. I think they have updated the website.

i called CIC (AOR-22nd OCT,Med -Passed 18Th Nov,Eligibility recommended Met,Criminality -Passed,Info Sharing -Complete,security Not started since 10th december) had no updates since 10th december and still profile shows same however when i called now ,they said the application is approved today .Have not received any email yet though .Will keep posted .

If this helps - my medical got expired after AOR, I redid it proactively and raised a request for updating my record. I called CIC after a week, agent told me, my record is updated, but I said my status hasn't changed on website, he said everything happens in parallel (BG, Criminality, Eligibility, all the update requests they get, etc.) website is not up to date always and I should not worry. I called after 2 weeks - got the same response and assurance.

To summarise - website doesn't reflect the actual status at times, so have patience. All the best!
