If its in french or english just as is. If it needs translating, translate with a certified canadian translator. If you use a foreign translator they also have to sign an affidavit seperately. I used a trabslator and notary in tunisia and was caught in an endless loop because the translator takes the doc to the notary whos stamp is in arabic. They had to make a custom french authentication marking just for us.

Question. Do i have to upload translated copies, certified or normal copies of police certificates? Or j

It is nice to see all "October Applicants" on one platform.
We have sent our application on October 24, 2017 through Canada mail and it was delivered in Mississauga on 26th October 2017. Today, it is 39th day from receiving the application and still waiting with patience for any update.........

Hi! I think if you click on the message (in your account), it should take you to the upload page. The order in which you upload is not relevant. My husband uploaded his police certificate a day or two before the schedule A because we were having problems validating it. Once you have everything uploaded you will click to submit or something like that and you will 'sign' the page saying that it hasn't been altered and then you press transmit.

We just did this about 10 minutes ago I hope this helps!

Also about validation, I gues the schedule A is not generating bar codes. Right? I have received the AOR1 on Thursday but not any message to request the PCC and schedule A yet. How long did it take for you to get the message on CGkey?

yes always fill out the latest forms. there are no bar codes after validating sched A form. some people from September applicants received theirs after 13 days, so it can take a few days to get it. some also received their Medical request before the PCC and shed A request. there is no pattern to their madness

yes always fill out the latest forms. there are no bar codes after validating sched A form. some people from September applicants received theirs after 13 days, so it can take a few days to get it. some also received their Medical request before the PCC and shed A request. there is no pattern to their madness
