I just realised that CIC had their forms updated in October 2017. when you view all the forms some of them say updated October 2017. But as far i remember when i submitted my application on 11th October 2017 , there was no update like that. My question is """ Is there any possibility that they can return our file since we never saw that update """" This is so ridiculous that they change their forms now and then !!!!

there's a grace period. They will return the application if you used old forms past the grace period. Sounds like you should be fine

Forms were updated on 24th October...you're fine.

a question on police certificate/checks, how recent do they have to be? I.e. taken out in the last 60 or 90 days? I read about this somewhere but can't find the info now.

Also, did you submit them for non-accompanying family members of the Principal Applicant?

Technically no expiry but suggested to be dated within 6 months.

We sent our application oct 6th and it was received the 10th. We received our aor today and request for schedule A
