You can add yourself to the spreadsheet now. There are a few sections you can complete while waiting for AOR.
Congratulations!! Isn't it the greatest feeling to have that mailed out?

Hello October 2015

I was apart of September 2015 (submitted my application September 24/15) but unfortunately it came back 2 weeks after.... I just re-submitted it today and praying all is good now ( I even drop a nice note in there telling them my application is being submitted for the second time and please see enclosed the requested form, as well as saying to the Immigration intake person " please I hope this is the last time" lol

We did no submit the additional family information form because we figured it was N/A due to the fact that all of my hubby's sibling are Canadian Citzen and there is no one accompanying him to Canada

But nooooooo - it was considered incompleted and I had to have my hubby fill it out and DHL it back to me ASAP - CIC also mentioned when they send my package back "nothing has been process. They could have very well requested just the one form they needed. - unbelievable !!!!

Not only has nothing been process, they sent my entire package back unorganized and papers scattered everywhere in what looked like a garbage bag !!!! After month on top of months organizing a well prepared bundle of work. - sad

So here I am - I submitted it today and got my tracking number again (this time around it cost me cheaper to ship lol)

I submitted my wife's sponsorship application, it was received October 5th. I'm hoping that everything was complete. however am really worried since i have been seeing that quite a bit of applications were being returned. anyways am hoping for the best . God helps all of us.

You will be fine - I think it depends on who you get!!

they could have very well requested the one form that was missing instead of sending my entire package back. There were others who were just asked to send the missing form instead of receiving their entire package.

so no worries you will be fine - my mistake was due to the fact we thought the forms was N/A

My application arrived October 7th! I'm hoping I don't get mine sent back to me now.
Either way, I'm glad to have that done.

I don't post here often, so what is the deal with the spreadsheets and posting on them?

I see you wrote that you hope the landing happens by 2017!!! it's too long no? from what I have heard that the posted processing times are mostly a lot longer than the actual time. for instance I saw a post in Sept threat for someone that didn't receive an AOR but rather received the approval letter 3 weeks later!, according to the posted processing times it's about 55 days.so I haven't really figured out how they run the show but it's definitely not the same for everyone. oh by the way how do you do that spread sheet thing??

i just believe my case will take a bit longer because my husband was deported after his Refugee Claimaint was denied and he did not leave when he was suppose too - yeah sucks !!!! he will also need a ARC and that can take some extra time too. but then again i have read and heard of sucessful stories when one gets deported- even some without an interview (but i think he will get an interviwew - that sucks too !!!)

We have a strong package, so i hope that will speed up the process - but who never know with CIC -

Our Visa office is in the Caribbean (Trinidad) and the waiting time is scheduled at 17 months, so with all that being said i can only wish for the best. i believe the processing time takes effective the day your application reaches the VO.

lol sorry I dont know how to be added to the spread sheet - but I'm sure one of these nice people in here can help us out

the first time around I sent my package on sept 23 and it was received sept 24 and on oct 1 - i had gotten a notice stuck on my door for package pick-up that when my heart drop - i knew i wasnt getting any packages in the mail from anyone else, my brain started wondering in some many directions, with the first thing coming to my mind - "OMG did they denied me as a sponsor and why" I Knew if was from CIC, because i knew i wasnt expecting a package for anywhere else - i didnt want to beleive this and didnt even want to go to the post office the next day - honestly i was scared to know it from CIC and what do they want - lol

so i immedatley track the number that was on Canada post slip and to my surprise my package was coming from Mississauga -

Im sure your package is fine it now Oct 16 you would have heard something by now and am sure you included the Additional Family Information form also. We didnt submit our because we though of it as N/A seeing all his siblings and son are Citizens of Canada and nobody will be accompanying him to Canada - sad mistake made - but the package is in now and we can only hope all is well.

hello everyone,

well i just got my application package returned to me today well it's again the use of Representative form is missing and it was so silly but tricky! . it stated the use of Representative form is missing as my application seems to indicate that am using a representative They referred to form IMM0008 in the contact information section highlighted the instruction line that reads if you wish to authorize the release of information to a representative indicate their email and mailing address in this section.

i don't have a representative, apparently my mistake is that i put my address there.

my question is should this whole section be left blank or write N/A or only the address line should be left blank

please someone let me know asap i want to send it back by tomorrow am
