OCTOBER 2015 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Hello,

I just sponsored my spouse who is in Mauritius,and on the 27th of October,R.Mahmood received my application in Mississauga Case Processing Centre.
I just wanted to know if anyone here is going through the same and can share some thoughts.The visa office where my husband's application will be processed will be sent to Pretoria Office if approved.

You still have some time before you hear anything. At this time they are working on application that were received in September 2015 and those people are now receiving either their SA or AOR. If you go back to the begin of this thread you will see what has been happening. We the October applicants will probably receive our SA or AOR by December 2015 and from that point your file will be transferred to the appropriate visa office on your case, and that is when your spouse should receive their AOR2. Keep in mind not everyone receives SA and AOR, if it's passes 63 days from the time you submitted your application then go ahead and call CIC, but for now you are still early in the process, and not at your 30 days yet . My application was received on Oct 15/15 so I'm pass my 30 days and hopefully will hear soon.

They are still working on application in september 8, i think they are just update from 2 to 8..LOL!!Irag and syrian application is so fast, that's not fair omg... My application is also recived on oct 12/15 using express mail without anybody sign( is it good or bad without the signiture) so i am pass 30 days too. I wonder if those guys from CIC even open my application or wait for 60 days to open and there's something missing and return your whole package..yup 2 months waithing lol.

I know how you feel and it looks like you and I have the same timeframe. Just to let you know "if your package had problems they would have sent it back by now" because mine was send back before which was one week after I sent it in (September 2015) so I had to resend (October 2015) and here I am now in the October batch... Lol , so don't worry your ok.

Yes it seems like they are processing Iraq and Syrian very very fast !!! Lucky them

In regards to your package not getting signed, you would have had to request for a Signature when you paid for your express package, and then receive a tracking number to track the package and the day it's gets signed by CIC ( this is a choice through Canada Post and CIC doesn't tell you about this) .....do you remember doing this?

Yes it seems like you too are past your 30'days , but I'm sure we do have more waiting time ahead of us and all we can do is continue is to wait wait my friend.

I would like to share my application status;

I am Canadian Citizen sponsoring my wife from IRAQ (OUTLAND), CIC in Missusiga received my sponsorship application on 16-10-2015, in ECAS updated (we started processing your sponsorship on 23-Oct-2015, then few days later I got approval to be sponsor via email on 27-Oct-2015 and they sent the application for PR to Amman office, this regarding sponsor application

now I am checking online regarding my wife PR application, in ECAS I found , We received your wife application for PR on 16-Oct-2015, then few days later I found another statement saying , we started processing your wife PR application on 10-Nov-2015.

guys what that mean when they are saying , we are processing after the first statement saying we received in ECAS, is that mean , they really open the file and processing started?
another thing I believe the approval for sponsoring wife taking 2 month previously but in my case takes just 10 days or less, does this mean they speed up the process?

Yes they ar3 def8nately spe3ding up the process for a select group of applicants. Sadly i am still awaiting the AOR. On my spouse's application and it seems that i will be waiting for it a while still. While happy for you it depr3sses me that my spouse of 28 hears is beng sidelined for select applications rather than due process for all

United States FBI Certificate to summit OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Dear members: Anyone can help me, i am in Karachi Pakistan and immigration application processing in london. I have applied for ARC(Authorization to return to Canada) due to deportation reason. In March i got email from my visa officer(SXB) to apply for ARC as well on same email he asked me for United States FBI( I lived in states for several years)clearance certificate/Karachi police clearance . I had mailed ARC application and both countries clearance certificates with just one copy of each to my visa officer(SXB) and on address mentioned in his email.

Unfortunately i have sent him state clearance certificates( i lived in Alabama, Birmingham) so he emailed me after almost 5 months in 6 August to summit FBI(federal not state clearance certificates).It took me 14 weeks to get the FBI clearance certificate i just got it now on 11th Nov.

On Nov 13/15 I got email from (REO) with my immigration application bar code F00024---and given last 30 days to summit FBI clearance certificate also mentioned in email that i never communicated with anyone which i emailed my officer(SXB) on 19 August that i have applied for FBI CC and it will take 11-13 weeks to get it i didn't get any reply from him but just an automated email confirmation reply.

Then On Nov 19/15 I got letter by mail doesn't have officer code just a letter again asking for to summit original FBI clearance certificate but now in Application bar code is written ARC300----- given 45 days to summit original FBI report seems like that this letter have come directly from ARC section but address is same from where i got email as well letter by mail which is immigration and medical services division, high commission of Canada Trafalgar Square London,UK SW1Y 5BJ. In none of these email and letter my vary first immigration visa officer code is written (SXB).

My problem now is that did i need to get two copies of FBI report, one for the ARC and the other for my immigration visa officer. Is it two different officers processing this if then ARC section never contacted me until now on NOV when i got letter by mail. I just ordered one copy of FBI even i was fixing to mail it to my officer(SXB) but now i am totally confuse what to do where to even mail it now. If i order again it will take 13-14 weeks to get one as FBI already mailed me one they can't print now i have to start from scratch.

My immigration processing is in last stage just waiting for FBI certificate should i request but to who ARC or immigration visa officer to accept one copy and one i send original as in both they asked for original FBI CC otherwise i have to wait again 13-14 weeks to get one more FBI certificate.

i am really shocked with such slow processing.
i dont want my files to transfer in 2nd week of dec cos all visa officers will either leave for christmas to canada.

You are still early - they are processing September 2015 applications and October 2015 are not looked at yet until December 2015 ......You should start worrying when your passed 63 days, but for now you still have time

If you take a look at the CIC website you will see which applications they are working on as well as seeing it change weekly.

Even if they leave for holidays I'm sure they will still have enough officers on our cases who will not be taking holidays at the same time lol

I can understand your frustration - we all have to wait

It looks like you will be first- lol, because your Oct 1st - Be patient WishaVisa your time Is right around the corner

hey everyone, hope that we are all having a great start to the week ,the weather should get better , with that hoping we get good news in the next couple of weeks. just out of curiosity, did any one from October receive AOR or SA ( of course other than people from Syria and Iraq) ??!!

anyways, maybe i should just stop looking at it. lol
