Good news. Our ECAS changed to DM last thursday( 14 Jan)

Since I do not need to send a passeport I guess I just have to wait now a mail by the post right?

Guys I have a question, My current passport expired, so I renewed before my PPR and send them the new one. Is that right? Or i should have send them both(including the cancelled/expired) one too ?
PS: I applied PR using my new passport, Si they have my new passport on file and on ATIP/GCMS notes.

This morning I checked Ecas and now have 6 lines.... but still Ip..... Has anyone any experience of the line format prior to DM
My Lines as follows :

1:We received your application for permanent residence on October 6, 2014.

2:We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 10, 2015.

3:We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 11, 2015.

4:We started processing your application on February 11, 2015.

5:Medical results have been received.

6:We sent you correspondence on June 25, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Yes we had similar to yours.

I don't want to disappoint you, but that is not a good indication of how close to DM you are. Mine was updated to 6 lines around 3 months before I got DM.

I agree that people received DM/PPR even with 3 lines too but what i too observed is that more lines is a good indication that the application is passing considerable stages and marching towards towards closure. For many/lot they saw more than 3 lines before they received DM/PPR.

On 1 September 2015 our ECAS was updated to 6 lines and "in process" state.

Most likely it would be a positive one. Soon you'll receive a request to send them the physical one. Did you inform CIC earlier for this changes or have sent them your renewed passport copy before they asked?

No I didn't sent them! I'm doing everything thru an immigration agency and I don' remember them asking for it when I renewed it, but I should have done it! Oh well I hope to get osme news tomorrow!

Just got DECISION MADE!!!!!! Freaking out dont know if good or bad wait and see

Today were surprised by grey envelope in our mailbox from CIC Ottawa.
Inside we found our COPR , surprisingly there was no passport request after DM.

I hope that waiting is over for all 2014 applicants and everyone become PR by end of February.

GCMS notes will get 30 to 40 days, and then things will be clear to you.
