Here, my status is still in processing time... Since September and I really thought I would have received by the end of the year. But with the Syrian refugees crisis, the government send lot of CIC agent in the middle east... I don't recall the exact number, but a lot. And that is affecting all of us. But on the other side, I understand that it is more critical form them to accept Syrian as a priority. It is unfortunate for us but after all, Canada is a welcoming country and I am sure they are doing the right choice. Just a few more months to wait, just a few.... haha :-\

agree with you, I'm supporting that program as well, and I know they need more manpower and time to check all refugee application
they will try to make sure that wrong people are not getting granted refugee status, which is good for all of us,
my point is my long long waiting,
I can't explain all my situation here, but I'm sure if you would know, you would understand my concerns

All the delay in my case is unbelievable, and should not be happened

I am new to this thread, I just found i am eligible to apply for NSNP and want to go ahead and send the application as I already have all the required documents but my only concern is it the right time?

What is the cap situation for noc 2171?

Can any senior member help me answer the simple questions?

I will resubmit it today. I didn't ask for nomination extension. my nomination will expire did coming January 31

You might need to ask for a nomination extension, to be safe. I have asked for mine, twice already. There was a limit on the province where I am from (I am not sure if it's the same from province to province) but they were very accommodating and they approved my second request for nomination when I explained that my PR application took longer than anticipated.
