October 2014 PNP CIC Applicants

My ecas has now updated to 6 lines (was 3 lines). This update that includes the log of outbound correspondence I hope signals that I will be advancing to DM or PPR soon (this is what I've observed from others). Today marks the 6th week on IP. Documents sent July 10th, got email from CIC last friday that PCC , schedule a rprf have been received

3) We started processing your application on July 20, 2015.
4) We sent you medical instructions on March 25, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
5) Medical results have been received.
6) We sent you correspondence on July 13, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

That's good. Mine is still the same after 7 weeks!

yes I received aknowledgement this past friday - Augus t 28th. I had sent an email on July 13th with the fedex tracking number for my PCC and proof that it was delivered the friday prior - July 10th. CIC responded to the July 13th email confirming my documents had been received and RPRF "marked" to have been paid.

schedule interview on CIc local office in Calgary?

Could you please give more insight on it, how much waiting period is there if we have to do landing process in CIC local office in Calgary and procedure of sending the request. I am also in Calgary and waiting for DM/PPR

It is actually depends on them, when i call the CiC call center to book for an interview, i told them that i can do appointments to Calgary too even if its 2hrs from me. I called on August 19, received an email from them for scheduled interview on August 27 and the schedule was Suppose to be on Sept 2.. Maximum waiting is 3weeks.. If uou got ur passport back with visa, call CIC call center immediately and tell them you nid an appointment for interview..

Ok, that is good that 2 moved to IP.

On my end, it did not change unfortunately but I hope that this week, we will see all OCT27th move to IP or even more?

Like you Tiff, I am hoping that they will pass IP to go straight to DM. We never know and I am hoping hard for it!

Soon, you will be getting DM and PPR. I have the same detailed correspondence from them (except the dates, of course). Just like what you have. - but I only see that when my ECAS updated to Decision made.

Yes, I'm inland. I just have "Application Received" changed into "In Process", that's all. Once clicked the detail, I didn't really see any new information provided. The last line is still "Med results have been received" without a date.

It appears so. I went back to Sept and August applicants. This several lines of updates including outbound correspondence started from late sept into october applicants. From my observation, the additional of outbound updates prior to DM was as a result of a Canadian court rulling against CIC - They rejected an Indian applicant due to the applicant not sending requested documents within a reasonable time. Problem is...the applicant never got the email, CIC could not prove outbound correspondence. They had to also pay damages. This is a system update to cover their "__". here's the case

That's very interesting. Another thing that they are apparently doing differently now is the indicated date at which the processing begins. I have noticed a few of the users saying that after moving to IP, their status says that processing started at the date they received their AOR.

It looks like our officer is finally back from holidays.
Today we received email with request for additional documents (Police Certificates)that we didn't send with application.
They also request scanned copy of our daughter passport because the old one is expiring to end of October.
All documents was send an hour later
Now is time to wait for their respond

27 October applicant
