I applied my application to CIO NS as PNP Nominee on 15 October 2014 through my lawyer.
He still not give me UCI number and once I asked he said still not issued.
Is this normal or I am late?

Remember I am outland applicant.

Please advise?????

Call cic help line and let them know becouse that's not normal . Ask ur agent for aknowledment slip or tracking I'd for the package which he Send to them .

Cic will help you call them as soon as posible

I am not sure, but I sent Sydney an e-mail regarding and update for our application last April 20 and I received a reply from them last June 22.

"Please be advised that your file has recently been transferred to the visa office in Ottawa. Please contact their office with any enquiries or additional information."

I am not exactly sure when they transferred.

Check with your visa office. London I guess. As it shows the processing time is 27 months. So it may be normal . but better to check it with your visa office

I am going to apply for PR under PNP. However, I'm not sure if I need to take IELTS. I applied for nomination as a phd graduate, thus, I didn't need to take IELTS. Is there anyone with similar situation? Do I need to take IELTS?

ME received showed in ECAS
RPRF paid upfront.

Any idea when DM will be made?
