October 2014 PNP CIC Applicants

Hi, i'm applying under the BC PNP and have the results below on my ECAS. My medical results were submitted on April 17 and I've heard nothing since. My application hasn't begun to be processed. Should I be concerned? does anyone have a number I can call?

1. We received your application for permanent residence October 2014.
2. Medical results have been received.

Any help is appreciated. Any one else in the same position?

The Toronto Star newspaper, one of Canada’s leading media outlets, has reported over recent days that errors continue to infiltrate Canadian immigration processing. The errors have led to unnecessary delays — or even rejections — on applications to immigrate to Canada, as well other applications to work or study in the country.
CICnews covered a similar story earlier in 2015.
The Vegreville immigration processing centre in Alberta, which deals with permanent residence applications, was among the immigration operations that came under the microscope of the government’s quality management reviews. A total of 996 files processed between November 1 and December 6, 2013 were examined, and human error issues were found in 617 request letters sent to applicants, according to the department review. This represents a 62 percent error rate on the files that were reviewed.
Staff failed, for example:
to use the correct form letters,
to address the problem of missing documents, and
to give applicants accurate timelines.

Hey I'm in the same boat but from what I'm reading in other forums, September are getting RPRF request. So I guess we just have to be patient. I submitted my application October 14, 2014 and they received my medical results too. Yours?

Good day, Can anyone help me? My file is in ADVO.. And i am currently residing now here in the Philippines. if in case I receive the PPR, do i need to send my passport all the way to abu dhabi bcoz they are the one processing my application??? Thanks in advance.

3rd April according to call center agent .
bur till date no update online it's only shows application recived on 10 Oct ...
Why it's not updated ? Any reason I am bc pnp applicant
and I got my open workpermit on 1 June 2015

I am an AINP nomine , done with medical on 22nd April but nothing is updated on ecas. its just showing my application received on 3rd Nov 2014. Is anyone on the same boat ?

I just checked mine but it says

2.medical exams have been received

I had everything done by the second week of April so idk also I think we are all kind of wrong when it comes to the interpretation of the application status itself, just saying I think we should all read it twice

Hello Everyone,

I need your help . My file has been received by CIC on October 2014 and I received AOR on 23 March 2015 . But after I did not hear anything from CIC . not even medical request. Is there anyone else unlucky like me ???? or could you please suggest what should I do to get my file processed.
