Seems to be open bridge work permit is not for PNP Nominee based on http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/prov/bridging.asp

the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) (with the exclusion of nominees as identified by the nominating province or territory as having employment restrictions imposed as conditions of the nomination).

but if you nomination certificate says Restriction on employment = No , then you will get it :)

Then what to do when your are done with work permit and your employer doesn't want to fill your compliance form while having file number and medicals? >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

First check restriction on employment section , what is mentioned there on ur nomination certificate?

if it say Yes , then do ur medical upfront, travel back(if not possible to stay even on visitor visa ) and request the cic to do further processing from your home country...and come back for landing ...

These are the specific lines the have written in my nomination letter " The applicant has the documented training and experience to employable in occupations related to noc 6421 or in a related occupation. The applicant has been working in Manitoba since August 2012 and has long term offer of employment from same employer. On these bases, the applicant demonstrated the intent and ability to establish successfully in Manitoba". I am pretty confused.

Yeah. Now it depends on the officer who gets your file. In your case I have seen both cases, one getting Open work permit for 2 years and one getting rejected. So its a gamble.

Should I find another employer who can fill my compliance form?

If you find one it would be great, when is your current WP expiring?

25th June 2015.

Who is your employer if you don't mind? I would suggest try applying Open work permit and try your luck.

Yey!! Congrats!! PPR soon. Did you or are you going to pay landing fee in advance?

No I did not pay my landing fees in advance. I've looked through the forum and made a personal decision (keyword phrase) to send stuff only when asked. I know that it is possible to save a month or so if paid in advance but i'm not convinced of the evidence
