AOR is nothing but UCI number, right?

Applied for Pr in Nov 2014. Application received according to tracking info on the 17th Nov. No feedback from CIC yet.

Ontario PNP Nomination: 25-Sep-2014
PR Application Sent to Sydney NS: 01-Nov-2014
PR Application Received By Sydney NS: 06-Nov-2014

Haven't heard from CIC since then - no AOR so far. I know there are a lot of people who applied before me are still waiting for their AORs and File Nos.

Dear Friends

My application received by CIC on 1st October 2014 but no AOR yet. I am Ontario PNP applicant. I am worried as cic is now issuing AOR to applicants who applied on 2nd October. Have no idea why they are not giving AOR to Ontario applicants.

Want to share my timeline with you guys:
I just received AOR through email from CIO. My application was received by CIO on Oct 3rd.
Now CIO quickly processes cases, I believe everyone will get it soon!!

I got AOR today(27th Feb 2014) at 8:15 pm.My application received by CIC on 1st October 2014. I am an Ontario PNP applicant. I didn't receive QA Call.
