Hi guys, I'm Oct 31 applicant. I received this email today for additional documents and I really confused about SCHEDULE A not sure Should i fill out the entire imm5669 again or only missing information from may to august ?


This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following document(s) are required:

SCHEDULE A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please provide your detailed personal history from May 2007 to August 2007.

PASSPORT/TRAVEL DOCUMENT: Valid passport or travel document. Your passport # ؟؟؟؟؟ will expire on July 23, 2015. Please provide our office with a photocopy of your updated passport. See below for further information.

Don't be confused...Here

1) Fill out the schedule A again. The latest date will at leat change to July 2015. Your old latest date was the date you submitted the app. ALSO, as it was in my case, your case agent highlighted what he / she reckons was the problem with your application. It seem as if you left a small gap between May 2007 and Aug 2007. In other words you had an end date address = May2007 and a start date address Aug 2007 - creating a gap. THis appears to be very specific so look for the copy you sent, fill out a new one and resolve the gap

2) If your passport is expiring July 23rd, You'll need to renew it or send the bio page of your new passport. Passports have to be at least 6 months away from expiry

I am an applicant on October 27th. I got RPRF from Ottawa on June 24th. My e-case is still not updated. I haven't get any email after paying RPRF on June 24th. No updating e-case make me nervous.
I don't know exactly what status my application is processing.

I am wondering if "still ongoing" in belows which is some parts of email what I got from Ottwa on June 24th means " in process ' or not.

Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose.
