Hi August10,

My husband (sponsor) visited me last month and we are yet to send the details of that, but I think it would be a good idea to send them.
I'm going to be compiling our communication between the application date till now & his boarding pass copy from when he visited, just waiting for some more time so that I can compile a big enough pile. :)

Hi tannygirl, that is a great idea. Where do you plan to send these documents to? NDVO?

This delay might be because of the updated forms
Hopefully as u said it works out that way too :)
I will be visiting my husband in august . Do I need to send those details to NDVO ? Or just wait till they ask for further documents ?
Yaa i think you should...

Oops sorry I wasn't sure how to update the spreadsheet and add myself.
My application was received October 17th. Medical has been received. I received AOR on December 31st. The visa office abroad is Manila. And the requested additional documents today, March 4th. That's all so far.

And there was no other form. The second page of the email attachment just says things about if I want to their is any change of status or where to send certain documents if they were requested. I think I'll have to just send a pdf with rows and columns then. Thanks :)

Hey Djn1993,
You've been added to the spreadsheet! :)
You can check it: https://docs.google.com/a/dinicolas.com/spreadsheets/d/1qZIppkPV6hFBfZ4aTF2AxT70hqppwPYSNToqetudqDk/edit#gid=1673089838

Please let me know the following also so I'll add that too, (or you can add it, you're the last one on the list, in orange; colour coded as per the spreadsheet colour-key)
1. Date you did your medical
2. Date your sponsor (in canada) got Sponsorship Approval.

Good luck! :)

I have got the AOR2 email from NDVO yesterday..I'm relieved now :)

That's actually a great idea! So they would see our documents if we send it to their email address right ? Cause some people say that the VO do not respond to emails . Thanks for replying tannygirl :)

Yes, I plan to send them to NDVO.
And no they don't reply! :'(

I had sent them (hard-copies via courier) photocopies of RPRF & my PCC (originals that i had attached with application) when I got AOR2 from NDVO, but they didn't respond to that. And from what I've read, they don't respond to emails either.

I'm just going to print it all out and send it to them tentatively around the time our files are likely go into IP, (which according to the timelines on the NDVO 2014 forum should be June/July '15)
Once it goes into IP, they do the relationship authenticity check so according to me,that would probably be the right time.

By then it will have been 6/7 months worth of communication. :'(

Let them have a look through all my personal chats with my husband, the voyeuristic perverts! :P
Haha!

Hi All,

Filling Tax 2014 is not in the scope of this thread but its relevant to us as our marital status changed on CRA account, therefore filling tax would be as an married/ CL.

Topics to discuss are:

1 should we claim tax credit? how much (based on remittances or not)?
2 if yes, what evidences do u have to prove ur spouse income (non-resident)
3 which software u use to file?

I. Used a volunteer group to do mine it is automaticlly checked by Government gave them my Cuban husbands full name and the amount he was making per month in Canadian dollars, also applied for gst. I received a letter from Government for more details sent the info and received back a check for all of my money paid in. Will do the same thing this year. I suggest you call income tax department for the information they were extremely helpful.

This person ,Awmf2014, from Nairobi VO who applied on 14 Oct 2014 went into process on 26 Feb 2015. The October applicants are starting to go in process ;). Hope our turn comes soon.

I wonder if Mauritius was still under Nairobi VO, our application could also be in process.

Anyways keep faith everyone and best of luck.

Thanks tannygirl! I added my medical and weirdly haven't received any sponsor approval yet :S

AOR 2 is sent ,after you have received SA, by the Visa office (E.G Pretoria in my case) that you have chosen for processing the PR of the principal applicant. It contains the file number and the UCI number of the principal applicant and you can also track any update on ECas with the information.
