is it true that your file gets transferred to VO after 1 month of SA?

it takes about 2 weeks for ur file to get transferred to NDVO. And I believe u will not lose ur place in line, i.e, u will be treated as an August applicant by NDVO even though ur file seems to be getting delayed in stage 1. I noticed this in one other applicant. All the Best !

I hope i knew the answer to that. But I did ask call centre agents and was advised it takes a couple of weeks before its transferred. I am assuming it gets transferred in batches together.

Did you receive your SA by now or nothing yet. Did you check Ecas online with the UCI number that was given on your AOR. I have a feeling you are approved but your SA might be in snail mail. Also call the call centre they will confirm with you over the phone too.

applications are processed at the visa offices based on the `received date`. the sponsor and the applicant have the same `received date`. if CIC considers the application `received` in august, then that will be where the application is batched. applications are batched by month and processed accordingly.

I got an AOR with oct 23rd receive date so lets see what happens they consider August or October..
