Tell me about it, I am also checking my email, the application status and the processing times - this darn thing is not updated since Nov 5th and its still processing files from Sept 15th

i don't trust the updates on the website. Believe it or not, the website was updated to Nov 5th on Nov 10th.

I know people who submitted their application towards the end of Sept and they have already received their SA (you can confirm on Sept spreadsheet).

Let's wait patiently. It will be another week or so before any of the October applicants hear.

yeah acecube got it but I believe he had to send new forms... he sent his app before october originally

Yeah i originally filed my application on 2 sep and subsequently sent the updated form on 14 October. Had to pester CIC constanttly to get SA before 44 days ;D

Yes, the website is very miss leading, on 29th October it was 15th September, than on 10th November they updated, and the processing date was again 15th September as on 5th November . It say, they update it weekly, but the fact is they update it after 10-12 days. Its better not to check on the cic website, but refer the spreadsheet of September applicants.

Yes this also happened with me, I was waiting for August 25th to show up on their processing time which was on october 16. When i didnt hear anything from them, i called them up and they told me have you checked your email and so when i checked i saw the email they sent me on september 29 asking for updated document. It was too late

So I definitely agree, never believe the online dates its very misleading...

Hi Acecube,

Congratulations! You seem to be the first one from the Oct applicants to receive SA!
They'll transfer the file to the Visa Office that will process your spouses' application.
From what I've read up online, your spouse should get an email soon with his/her UCI number.
You can check the 2014 outland forums, the seniors will be able to help with the exact details.

Good luck to you for the process ahead and I hope the rest of us get the SA email soon!
