ughhhhh the sent my file back!! I forgot to sign one form, cant believe i did that, they also said i didnt include a copy of my birth certificate . . . just looked in the file and sure enough its there. stupess. Off to sent this thing back in!

Did they updated your ECAS status to "application returned"? or did they sent you an email as well?

dont be. i share the same feeling when our application was returned. it made me sad but at the same time thankful. if they did not ask for our medical that early, i would probably up to this day find myself wondering how on earth would i submit my lacking document in such a way that it would not cause delay on my application.sometimes things dont go the way we want it to be, but i strongly believe that everything happens for a reason.cheer up.

Yes, it sucks, but guess what?you are human. Getting all those documents ready is no easy task, AT ALL, so its ok to mess up.

hey , i realised i forgot to include some papers in my package too, how many times i check, others checked,lawyer checked and stil i forgot! forgot to send a copy of partners/sponsor passport, sent a copy of his PR card, front and back though,, also forgot to send in a copy of the visa i am on whilst in canada (IEC working holiday visa)
unsure if it will get sent back, or if i can send off the copys once they get it, argh! so frustrated with myself!

i want to be added to the timeline too, but package hasnt yet been received by missi

i did have my medical done on 1st of october though,

osdamour does the spreadsheet for Oct so he'll add you when he see's it and your app is received in Mississauga. Did you send it recorded? That's what App received is, when they got it. AOR is Acknowledgement of Receipt, so basically when they've processed your payment and acknowledged they have the application.

that makes sense, yeah i sent it recorded, but it says it wont arrive till th 17th when i try tracking it, we had it all ready to go last week, went to send it saturday then realised it was the long weekend, so wouldnt get sent out till tuesday, bummer.

thank god it isnt the IEC, im on a count down to may 7th it all being in. though whats annoying is that ive read of people doing land crossings recently and getting 2 years on their IEC!

My IEC is up in April, so I'll be lucky if I get it in time. Especially now with my cock-up. Ah well.

I met someone yesterday who is a tri-citizen, so she applied on her Aussie passport to get longer.

Once it's been signed for someone will add you to both sheets (London and October)
