Got the AOR email last night and Stage 1 Approval email today morning . Finally a big relief .

Hi All,
Not looked at this in a few weeks as I was on holiday. Managed only to look once on dec 6th when i was away..and yeh stage 1 done!!
We missed 1 signature on my husbands paperwork so had to re-send the document and took a while for it to be recieved(nearly 10days)
I've updated the spreadsheet but don't know how to make it all lovley and blue..if someone could help me out?
I'm now hoping and praying( but not holding my breath) that my approval is done by Feb 13th so i can leave with my Husband.
On to stage 2 now!!!!

Don't worry you will hear from them ! I did mine on oct 17 and got approval Dec 13 . Please add following email to your contact list , so if any email you receive from CIC, it doesn't go the spam

ECAS starts to work

It shows "Application Received" and "Medical results have been received " .

Now the wait starts for stage 2 . :

What does ECAS show for stage 2 AOR? Does it add a line for applicant, in addition to the sponsor for stage 1?

My E-case is updated to be " Decision Made "

"We sent you a letter on December 13, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

but I didn't get the letter yet, and I am very worry of type the decision, hopefully it will be approved

Well my wife sponsored me .

I just used the Application number as input. it shows only applicant info.

It showed my US address , Application Received .

Just asking bacontoaster to add me. I heard from CIC already. I phoned them Monday, Dec. 17 at 9 am and I was told that sponsorship had been approved and a letter was sent to my address on December 6th. Immigration person said: '..it should be arriving within next days" From Dec. 6 to Dec. 17 is 11 days and no letter yet (from Mississauga to Mississauga). Meanwhile later the same day my wife in Lima, Peru gets an email from the Canadian Embassy indicating that application and other papers have been received December 12. They are requesting original passports of her and her dependant and two other documents (She took them to the embassy this morning already)

So I know I have been approved to sponsor but I am still waiting for letter.

I didn't send my application to Quebec yet, could you make me a favour and give me just the name of the forms I must send (just to verify that I am right) and also please the address where we have to send them in Quebec>

I applied on September 27th, the file received October 4th and the decision has been taken on December13 and Just received the letter yesterday.
