Just checked online Status and i see that we got the Test Invite sent in Mail on May 07, 2018 to do the Test on May 30, 2018 @ 7:45 AM ET. Waiting on the Mail.. which i assume to come tomorrow or Day After....

Guys i have a quick question
I’ll be having my oath this friday can i apply for my passport on the following Monday or I’ll have to wait 2 business days so i can apply?

I had my oath on Friday and applied for my passport first thing Tuesday. My status on ECAS changed to complete Saturday morning but I didn't try Monday as I could afford to wait one day.

Lots of us in Ontario are/were in the same situation, I know different Province, but it should hopefully start to get in gear soon. I was the same as you until today, when I got my Test date.
