I assume you are referring to the verification of no prohibitions form (I forget the formal title for this form), which is very similar to Item 16 in the current application CIT 0002 (10-2017) form, which requires the applicant/candidate (once there is a positive Decision Made, the applicant for citizenship becomes a "citizenship candidate") to affirm he or she is not on probation, does not have any indictable offence charges pending, no convictions, no Inadmissibility reports, and so on.Could anyone tell...is it normal to receive prohibition letter with oath invite ?
UpdatedDear Admin,
Can you please change my location from Pickering to Scarbrough (Line 680) because I live in Pickering but my office will be Scarbrough, hope that may change my luck and I will get the test invitation after 124 days this long wait made me so superstitious .
Thanks!
Dear Admin it's still showing Pickering in my location.Thank You Sir!

oh I see..! thanks yeah I mean No Prohibition Form!..see I dont even know its meaning..lolsI assume you are referring to the verification of no prohibitions form (I forget the formal title for this form), which is very similar to Item 16 in the current application CIT 0002 (10-2017) form, which requires the applicant/candidate (once there is a positive Decision Made, the applicant for citizenship becomes a "citizenship candidate") to affirm he or she is not on probation, does not have any indictable offence charges pending, no convictions, no Inadmissibility reports, and so on.
I do not know the standard routine in any particular local office these days, but generally it appears that many or most or nearly all citizenship candidates are required to verify no prohibitions just before they take the oath. Some local offices may be sending this form in advance with the invitation to attend the oath ceremony.
Whether this is common or even the typical routine, or is not that common, it is nonetheless within the parameters of the routine procedure: it is a final verification by the applicant/candidate that he or she has no prohibitions . . . no arrests, pending charges, and so on. In other words, NOTHING to WORRY ABOUT, so long as you have not had any arrests, criminal charges made against you, or been reported for inadmissibility at a PoE, or such.
If it is something other than this, please be more specific about what it states or requests.
That's normal, when i went for my test there was an Oath ceremony on that same day. Those who were coming for Oath had to sign that form too, sort of a final declaration that you have no issues with the law as dpenabill has explained..oh I see..! thanks yeah I mean No Prohibition Form!..see I dont even know its meaning..lols
The interviewing officer should already have that since it was sent with your original application. I did not require mine during the interview phase, so I think you should be OK if you don't take it.Can comeone tell me if i need to take with me to the interview the Phisical Presence Days information.Thank you.
