Can you please tell me if you raised webforms or contacted IRCC over call (thought getting to speak to them over phone is next to impossible)?

I lodged my file on 2 Feb, Bio 7th Feb and Medical 28th Feb under SDS Category for FALL 22 intake. Its been 128 days now and I don't have my visa yet.
I raised a webform on 17th May and got very generic response on 8th June saying they have a lot to handle hence processing time has increased and they can't give me exact time when I will get response etc etc.

Do you think getting a response on webform is positive sign ?

I have sent in countless webforms, rarely any response but generic. Several phone calls to the High commission and they say the visa section does not take calls anymore so if it’s about a study permit/visa send à webform or email. You send an email too and their inbox is full so it’s rejected it’s getting ridiculous at this point, and this is all while January, February and March applications are being finalized
