Sir , in another post you said you have pressed the calling center agent to give you more information about your status. Can you tell me please what did you tell her???

I didn't pressed her.
I said luckily I got good agent during the call she told me my background passed and she email to local office because my knowledge test didn't updated.
She said following week I can get some update..
Even day before I call again but agent didn't help full even she did not informed me about my background
