Status Update:
1. As you all know, i received the VO Change response on 16-Jun (request sent on 26-May)
2. Received a cover letter from my Rep ( To be attached with my docs while submitting my PP at VFS)
3. Submitted my ( Including my wife's) PP at local VFS today (17-Jun) ( Doc's Included: Original PPR Email copy, New VO Change Email copy, 2 Passport Size Photo for each applicant, Cover letter (from rep).. Thats it .... )

Now again a waitttt (2 Weeks) for VISA STAMPING..!!!

Let me know if anybody has any questions and i will be more than happy to assist.

I was really thinking same from last w days that there must be some issue in there auto email send system but my stupid lawyer was keep telling me its normal to take 1-2 weeks in getting PPR even after change status to DM, she told me to wait... wait.... that's it....
Finally I forced her to send email to CPC-O today, lets see what and when I get reply.

BTW what do u mean by MP office?

Member of parlament they can contact cic in your behalf and find out exactly whats going on with your file. They are given far more Info thanwhat cic provide to us

Anyone got any update on Passport Request?
Its almost 12 days since my ECAS status changed to Decision Made, but no PPR email...
Its very frustrating now :-X :-X :-\ :-\ :-\

Is it advisable to contact CIC? or I need to wait for few more days...

Just got the PPR yesterday night around 11PM. However ECAS status still shows "In Progress" (We have started processing your application on May 2nd). Nothing more.

Is this fine? When can I expect a change in the status?

Congratulations !!!
When you look at my ECAS status above ... we can clearly see that we need not to worry much about ECAS status...
My ECAS status changed to Decision Made on 6th June 2014, still I am waiting for PPR...

I am still waiting for my PPR .. It's been close to 2 months...
My attorney had requested the status to CIC one month before and still waiting for reply...
My attorney said, we shouldn't send multiple mails on the same question ... So waiting for reply..

I still don't understand why there is no process at all???

I would say average time is 2 weeks. Some applicant are getting their passports back in 1 week, some are waiting more than 1 month.

No worries bud, here's a link on how to find your local MP office you put your postal code and it will tell you who's your local MP.

Some of them are willing and eager to help regarless of your timeline, some others are picky and strick on the 13 month rule meaning if your app hasnt been longer than the processing time shown on CIC website they might tell you to wait. hope that it helps
