Hi Samir3132

I noticed your NOC is same as mine 1215 - can you kindly help me to figure out weather it is category B ?
Can you please email me z_keti @ yahoo.com

Thank you for your help !:)

Hi katie,

that's fairly easy to figure out.
Go to: >> http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/english/NOC/2011/html/Matrix.html

As your NOC is 1215 the Major Group is 12 and therefore skill level B.

Please also check this post on my website:

Hi Guys, I'm an october 2013 applicant (not tracked in your spreadsheet though). I have received a strange request today from CPC-CTD Ottawa asking for client information

subj: Request for client information

***

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

Ø **UCI** - MY NAME:
Ø Client Information: Receipt of information from client provide your residency history for the last 6 months from the date of this letter. This must be received at this office by: **DTAE**

****

What does it generally mean in terms of processing phase (eligibility passed?)
How to reply to this? It's not clear whether I should simply reply to this email, or sent something by regular mail. And what documents should I sent in prove of my words (rent contract enough)?

Anyone? iam_toby, may be you know? Any advice is much appreciated!

Sorry, I didn't make at clear. I replaced my actual UCI with **UCI**, to keep my private info.

Of course I submitted the form you mentioned when I applied back in october 2013.

Now they ask me to provide my residency history. So my question is: Should I just write free form where I've been living? or is there any specific form? should attach rent contract? should I send it by email or by regular mail?

My Bad.. I thought they are looking for client id. For address, There is form IMM5669E and Section 12 is for Address. As per guidelines, "List all addresses where you lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent". Please check if you have filled this section and if not then please update and send.

Also, they are asking for previous 6 month's Address so copy of Tenancy agreement with cover letter is recommended.

They might be waiting just for this updated information to send you MR and RPRF request. Good luck.

For Residence history provide them with copy of cancelled cheque's (if you paid through Cheque then you can request a copy from your bank), rent receipt which you get when you paid your rent or you can ask your landlord for one, Rent contract is ok but I wouldn't depend only on rent contract though, A letter from landlord that confirming your stay and if it is auto payment then bank statements highlighting the rental payment you made.

Scan it and email it to them. It doesn't have to be original.

I would also scan and add the pages of my passport in the response indicating that I was in country and not outside and just paying rent.

my 2 cents

Update from my side
Completed Meds and Paid off RPRF.
So awaiting DMP to upload the results.

Scan and email the documents. You send rent contract, phone bills, passport entry pages showing you entered Canada when, pay stub for last 6 month, another letter from employer that states you have been working for them for last few months - i think these documents all should prove that you were in Canada.

Any medical today?

You should get the notes today or tomorrow. In most cases it takes exactly 30 days to receive the notes.
