Hey, I just have a quick question about the medical examination. I did mine on May 7th and they said the result will be uploaded in 2 weeks. Should I give the doctor office a call after a week to check the status or wait till it shows up in ECAS (which I think going to be a while, I'm just worried about the 60 days deadline)?
How long does it take ECAS to update the status after the medical results have been received from the doctor?

I would say wait till 15th may as still its too early.

He uploads results every Saturday. So, most likely your results will be entered into the System on 17th (as 10th would not have given him enough time to get the results and review).

PS. I also did medicals with Dr. Francis Li on Wed. May 7th.

I have used the visa medicals for PR... And I guess the doctor would have loaded my medicals some time in second week of April, but I(my lawyer) informed CIC some time in April last week...
What will the process after doing medicals... Pls let me know

When did you make payments for RPRF & send the receipt to them? The same day as request? Did you get the auto email response when you sent the receipt for RPRF as well as medicals?

Yeah payed the RPRF on the same day...
My attorney recieved the automatic email

I guess now only the waiting game. Even some September applicants are still waiting for their Passport Request. Maybe you could get yours tomorrow or in a month time, who knows. Hopefully it would be fast thou for all of us.

Are you sure he uploads it every saturday ? I completed my Medicals on 1st May which means he would have uploaded it on 10th. I doubt thats how it works. He should upload the results as soon as he gets it. It just delays the process.

They did say 2 weeks. And I doubt they actually care whether your results will get delayed since it is more convenient for them to upload everyone at the same time.
It just worries me about the 60 days deadline. But here crossing my fingers and hope for the best for all of us!

PS. Please update when your results are uploaded. Same with sumeetkarora since we both did the medical on the same day

I also did medical on the same day with same doctor. I hope he uploaded on 10th May atleast, as Ecase status still doesn't reflect medical receicved.
I'll check with him tomorrow.
