Guys need help on the impact of my appliaction timelines if i add my spouse to the existing appliaciton of mine, which is filed in the month of November 18, 2013 and got AOR on Jan 5th, 2014.

Planning to update my fiance's PR application by May 15th, 2014 would there be any chance that i can expect both the applicants MR(may be by end of May) without any delay as it is now??. Please advise

There will be delay but should not be more than a month. Advise sooner u do it sooner it will be for u....

Holly Molly! seems like they are working like no tomorrow or may be they have a goal set to settle as many as possible files before new system implemented. Moreover, I also saw a thread on December 2013 file that one applicant ecas shows in process already weird isn't? :-[
