HI Friends,
Tooo painful waiting. I have completed medicals 6th May and ECAS got updated 13th May. From that still waiting for PPR. No communication

Whr did u apply ur PR? Outside Canada?

No Dude.. i am still waiting... This is 7th week.. Worst thing is "Status description" is still not changes to "Medicals Recieved" ..

But my attorney says, this is normal and they asked me not to rely on ECAS...

Yes, even i would suggest that you wait. I know this wait kills.. but we also know that more you send emails to CIC, the chances of delay increase by many folds.

So lets wait.. i am sure you will get something from CIC by Wednesday max..

it seems a lot of us in the same boat as yours.. at least your ecas status has changed to "decision made".
Mine has not changed at all even though my medical uploaded on may 9th.
Still "in process" & the latest message inside that status is "we processed your application at april 28th, 2014".

so... patient my friend

Sometimes they asked for passport before decision made because they did it to me....i got my PPR on 4th june but my ecas changed decision made on 7th june..

Hi,

I am Oct 31 applicant. Actually, I got married in between my PR process and I send my spouse application to CIC on April, 2014. I got medical Request on May, 2014. However, after reviewing my spouse application they gave me some more documents for marriage genuineness and proofs which I need to send by next week and I will do that.

My question is; After I send my documents, for how much time should I expect for my passport requests......

Anyone, Please help...

I was thinking that if they reject me because they think I am not healthy enough there is not way I could get the PR. That´s why I was worry.

I called the physician who did my medicals and told me that they are requesting a medical report from my family doctor to see what I have and what I am taking thus if they are satisfy the won´t request further test. I already went to my doctor and it will take few days to give me this report.

I have right now the working holiday work permit and I am not the main applicant, my boyfriend already has the BOWP so I need to apply for a spouse work permit. Has anybody applied online for it? It is a bit confusing.

Does everybody receive a passport request or is it only applicants from certain countries?
