When did you submitted your application ? I submitted my application on Aug 15 and this is what It says on BLS Website , do you know what would be my next status update ?l

If everything's OK, Acknowledgment from the consulate with date! ie a line item in the format Date Of Acknowledgment: DD-MMM-YYYY

Once the originals are sent back by BLS, check the OCI site - http://passport.gov.in/oci
that will show the status till the documents are back at the consulate. After that the BLS site will again show the status of dispatch back to you...
