Hi, I have my application returned due to incorrect draft fee [I submitted before April 1]. I contacted BLS, and they're asking me to pay for the return courier charge. I'm so fed up with these thieves. Could you please share the email addresses that helped you get the refund? Thanks

Same issue here. My application was sent on 25/3 and application date shown as 28/3. Since April they revised the fee and returned my application to attach new fee. ( increase of some 30$ )

Did you get the emails for the refund? I have the same issue and I'm done with the BLS crooks.

Awaiting further details as we choose Purolator courier delivery. The call is not going through via their call center, sent an email.
Purolator tracking via CANTXX wont show anything as well (Invalid data)

your situation is not the same buddy.. the document was received at Toronto. So at max you will get it in next 3-4 days. For us folks, status has not been updated that it has been received in Toronto.

You can try and contact BLS Brampton though email

Ask them for the the tracking# and also ask them if you can collect it today from Brampton between 3:00 - 4:30pm because of your upcoming travel in couple of days.
Do mention the application and passport# to them when you follow up

I sent them email and now I can see Purolator AWB # on website waiting for purolator when they will pick up shipment thanks very much

90 is for pickup service, or dispatching OCI thru courier?

Yes, it is $100 appointment for being in the first 4 of the line up - this is what I was told by a friend who recently applied in person at Brampton BLS.

I don't doubt her, but there is no other way for me to confirm - I may be wrong.

My 1on1 experience with BLS was way back in 2022 (Oct and Dec). They did not have any as such a "premium lounge" setup...
The unit at 40 Gillingham Dr, Brampton is pretty small location and can accommodate limited counters and can only accommodate small# of people only

Like I said, I may be wrong - the only way to confirm is BLS has appointment for PL and for me to book that.

When I went for passport surrender, they found some mistakes on my application and charged me $100 extra and moved me to premium lounge service.

@abbas.pasha @adstarscream732 I am planning to go to India on July end. So I am trying a way to speedup the OCI process. OCI booking is all booked for April.
If I am not able to book through Premium Lounge, I think walk-in is the only option.
