I am submitting fresh OCI for my daughter .
I understand there is two Demand draft required ,
1. "The Consulate General of India - Toronto" $345
2. BLS International Services Canada Inc. - $1.70 + return courier fee if not paid online
My question
how to pay for this return courier fee online?
do we send return courier label to BLS ?
what is the postal address to send the entire OCI application ?
I am in Ktichener, my BLS will be Brampton , please answer if you guys know , thanks

it was delivered to bls on Jan 8 and they acknowledged that it’s 4-6 business days it goes to consulate for processing , so rest applications were under process on Jan 13 and one last now shows as under processing Jan 18
The online system seems to be broken and no longer works. You should call BLS and they will help you with it.
I am in the same boat as you. My Ack date is Nov.08 & Nov.09 for our applications. If I don’t recieve anything by Sunday then I’m applying for e-Visa.

Hi everyone, My OCI has been dispatched from New Delhi ( MEA) on 11th Jan however has still not reached Toronto.
Does it take this long? I believe the trend was around 2-3 business days but has been more than that, any one else in the same situation.

How come Vancouver guy got it recieved next day itself after dispatch from New Delhi?
Are you sure it's really sent from Delhi.. I think it's just consulate processing it
I already told this before. Nothing physically comes from New Delhi. It's just internal process i.e. confirmation, validation etc from India.
I think you should receive it by today or early next week.
