If you got all three dates updated on OCI site on Nov 14th, expect BLS counter delivery update this evening. After that BLS will pick up the OCI only tomorrow morning and at that point you can expect further "ready for dispatch" update.

My Son's OCI status shows as processed and "Document received at Toronto " I want to pickup OCI card from counter instead of Purolator delivery as I have travel date nearby. I have dropped email to cccanada@blsinternational.net & servicehq.canada@blsinternational.net.

3-4.30 pm is the pickup time. If you live nearby give a try or use that visit to ask them to hold it for you.
I think BLS will have it tomorrow (assuming all 3 process dates appeared yesterday), and could mail it out the same day. As @forw.jane said, get them to put a hold on it before then (preferably today itself). When is your travel date?

I know that Oct 18 applicants have been getting ACK since yesterday and today. I suspect this will last until Nov 16. You can expect ACK on or after Nov 16 evening EST.
Ok. Someone updated the tracker incorrectly I think. That really got my hopes high. ..
