I don't know what the hell is CGI Vancouver doing. It is becoming so frustrating.

Hi All applied Entry Visa for minor on 11/04 Toronto BLS, today got update on Visa site Processed and printed … waiting for passport now.

If it says "processed" it must be Toronto and it is
Seriously, Vancouver is faster than Toronto counting from applied date --- most of us who applied on Oct 4th do not expect anything before Friday here in Toronto.
Consulate will dispatch to BLS either today or tomorrow. BLS will change the status to "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping" next business day after Consulate dispatches it. A business day after BLS status will change to "Passport ready For Dispatch after OCI stamping" and next business day you will receive it in hands.
