Also, in the generated OCI document, under declaration section on page 4, should I write the name, date and place using Pen or edit the PDF to add the details? Replies much appreciated.

Hi,

I received the OCI and noticed they didn't print the postal code. Has anyone been in the same situation? Is it common to not have it printed?

Postal Code is not mentioned on the OCI

The above is excluding service fee, courier charges and charges for other value-added services provided by BLS. Please add CAD $7.40 and (return courier charges if applicable) with the fee. Walk in applicants can pay the fee by debit or cash. Applicants sending applications by mail should include demand draft or Canadian Money Order in favor of BLS International Services Inc. 2. Fees once paid will not be returned in any case.

Should we make draft for 345+7.4 = 352.4 $ based on the above...please advise

If you are sending it as a postal application(Toronto Jurisdiction), you have to create 2 separate drafts :
1. In favor of "The Consulate General of India - Toronto" -> $345
2. In favor of "BLS International Services Canada Inc." -> $7.40

From the link below for Vancouver jurisdiction you have to make one draft in favor of BLS International Services Canada Inc.for $352.4 plus the courier fee(to BLS and return)
