Review of BLS Mississauga – Broken System, Arrogant Staff
The service at BLS Mississauga is a complete disaster! Paid for a premium appointment, but it still took 3 weeks of running in circles trying to get in touch. When you call their number, it says to submit a ticket on their website. You submit a ticket, and they reply via email saying they’ll contact you. Then in the email, they tell you to call the same useless number! What a complete joke.
When I finally showed up in person, they wouldn’t let me in, saying I needed another appointment, even though I had already paid for one. This mess happened because they didn’t request the right documents beforehand. After arguing with the rude guards, one Punjabi security guard actually listened to the problem and helped resolve it. He was the only person who cared enough to help. The real problem? The staff inside, sitting in their little box, act like they’re some kind of IAS officers, full of arrogance and attitude. These poor kids sitting behind the counter think they’re big shots, but they have zero customer service skills.
If you want stress, delays, and frustration, BLS Mississauga is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away from this corrupt, broken system
