OCI process

So with below status. Can i expect OCI delivered in 10 Days ? 
I am worried since i have travel plan on 16th June.
i dont understand for some cases dispatched and received dates are same if not same then consider long wait time. My wife and child OCI done last year almost same month in June and it was same date dispatched and received, and within 3-4 Days got delivered through purolator. Do MEA really send OCI booklet from Delhi or they started printing here only ?
Would appreciate if any experts can answer my queries. Thanks

in my case, dispatch from MEA was of 16May; i'm still waiting for the Toronto receiving! and at the same time i see many who've got all these stages covered on same day / within 2 - 3 days!So with below status. Can i expect OCI delivered in 10 Days ?

Went to Brampton location with appointment.
They pointed out 2 mistakes in the form:
1. Place of birth - I had filled [City name] IND in the textbox (because they mentioned it should match what is in your canadian passport, and I didn't wanted to take any risk)
2. Spouse passport number and place of issue was not filled (The fields were not mendatory when I filled the form, and no where in there documentation/samples they mentioned that it is required, so I simply not added info that they said is not required, and I have presented original and copies of spouse passport)
They asked me to either pay $40 each (me and my wife) toget this corrected by their backend team or come again. (I travelled from London, ON to brampton on a working day).
But I still refused because they did the same thing to us in Passport cancellation process. In the passport cancellatoin process I had missed adding ON in my one of the addresses (though the mailing address right below had ON mentioned in it). But they made me pay $40 each for that and moreover they told me since you opted for $40 option you have to take courier option and pay for that as well.
The fact that they have wrong information in their samples and ottawa sample even shows to fill Indian passport info in places where Toronto sample says to fill Canadian passport details. They still have no shame to harass and blackmail people to get some more money.

BLS is just minting dollars ,squeezing every last dollar left in the applicant's pocket. hehe

On the online OCI application you have to follow:
- Country of Birth (Drop Down Option)
- State of Birth (Drop Down Option)
- City of Birth (needs to be typed)
If you have mentioned that you are married but do not include spouse details is inviting trouble for yourself and chance for BLS to make money on your expense. Remember this is not a visa this provides you more or less a permanent status to travel to India etc, so you declare relevant details. Flip things around, didn't you declare spouse status/info when immigrating to Canada ?

I think in our case, BLS is going to send all three documents together, as one of my last applications got processed today, it may take few days to reach Toronto and already 2 other documents are under hold with BLS? I guess that way.
Please let us know once the third date for received is updated. For my application, dispatched date is 21-May

I think its highly unlikely because BLS and MEA treat each application as separately, if I understood correct you mean you have 3 OCIs applied and last one processed recently.
See BLS charge Courier services, Processing fee etc individual file it doesn't matter if all submitted together, At least not in My family case when they received OCI at BLS with a difference of 1 day and delivered through courier with same 1 day difference.
what i see if its not same day like dispatched and delivered then wait for 7-10 days to delivered at TORONTO. then further 3-4 Days for the courier. again its not hard rule depend how its being handled.
